Birth Doula Support

Client Consultation

We will meet face to face so I can answer any questions that you may have about myself or birth doulas in general.

Contract & Payment

Once you decide that you would like my services, you and your spouse (as applicable) will complete the contract and pay your retention fee as laid out in the contract.

Prenatal Support

Once your contract is signed, I am available to you as a resource immediately.

On Call Support

From 38 weeks to 42 weeks, I am on call for your labor. We will have 1-2 in person meetings prior to your 38th week if possible.

Labor Support

Once you begin active labor, I will meet you at your chosen birthing place. I will provide constant physical and emotional support during labor and delivery.

The Golden Hour

For the first hour or two after birth it is important for you and your new baby to begin bonding. I will make sure that all of your needs are met and head out once things are stabilized.

Postpartum Support

I will be available to you and your support person by text following the birth of your baby. We will have 1-2 postpartum visits upon your return home from the hospital.

Photography

If you wish, I will provide photography during your labor and postpartum time in the hospital. Please remember that I will always be your doula first. Photos will be a secondary concern.
